Founder & Executive Director

Robin M. Sample is a 15x International Bestselling Author, Motivational Speaker, Social Worker, and a very strong and passionate advocate for women, especially those who are victims or survivors of Domestic Violence, Intimate Partner Violence, Sexually Assault and Trauma.  As a survivor, she proudly shares her testimony in her books/anthologies, and also in the She Wins Beyond The Bruises Documentary Movie which was produced by The Keys Productions and directed by Dr. Tamika Hall.  

Robin is also a survivor of Lupus and hosts an annual community Lupus Awareness Walk in Cambridge each May.  

Robin is extremely grateful to have survived all that was intended to kill her and is using her second chance at life through Peace by Pieces, by being a beacon of light and hope, as a living testimony that everything that happened to her, happened not only for her, but also to be used as an inspiration to women everywhere.

President

Aiesha is a Quality Control Specialist/Plant Supervisor and oversees the day-to-day functions of one of the largest food processing plants on Maryland's Eastern Shore.  She is extremely meticulous in everything she does, paying close attention to details and ensuring that things run smoothly.  She has a take-charge personality, and she has never met a challenge she was unable to conquer.  

Aiesha is actively involved in her church, Liberated Ministries, and is soon to be installed as a Deaconess.  Everything she does is solely based on her response to God's voice, as she put Him first in all areas of her life, including her position as President of the Board of Peace by Pieces.  

Vice President

Dr. Hall is an international gospel recording artist, radio show host, author, publisher, podcast host, writing coach, mentor, entrepreneur, and so much more.  She is world-renowned for her amazing sermon/message delivery, and she has traveled the world extensively, sharing the good news of God.

As Vice President of Peace by Pieces, Dr. Hall is always ready and willing to step in to cover in the absence of the President.  She has an amazing business sense and is always seeking new ideas to attach to her business plans, and almost instantly, she will have a new business up and running.

Secretary

Mercy Pinder, a dedicated healthcare professional and author, is passionate about supporting families and communities. With experience in mental health, hospice care, and childcare, she thrives on assisting and advocating for others. She joined the board of Peace by Pieces to support its mission of empowering women and fostering growth, education, and resilience.

Treasurer

Savannah Winston is a community leader being the first person of color to be elected to serve as a Commissioner for the Town of Preston, first woman and person of color to serve as President Commissioner “Mayor” for the Town. Savannah is an accountant, project management professional, entrepreneur, and business owner of VanTech Business Solutions (VTBS) located in Preston, MD offering a portfolio of administrative support services.

Chaplain

Ronald is an expert transportation specialist, holding a Commercial Driver's License, with passenger endorsements.  He has been driving trucks and buses since age 22 and he was the recipient of the Driver of the Year award three (3) years consecutively by his employer.  

Ronald is actively involved in his church, Liberated Ministries, and is soon to be installed as a Deacon.  He is a man after God's own heart and as Chaplain of our organization, He shares his gift of prayer at each of our events.

Board Member

JaQuaya is an administrative professional for one of the largest outpatient mental health facilities in the mid shore region of Maryland.  She is extremely tech savvy and utilizes her skill set to aid in the production of media materials used for the promotion of events offered by Peace by Pieces.  

JaQuaya welcomes others with her beautiful, bright smile and she has knack for sharing encouragement for people who are feeling down.  She wears many hats on the Board of Peace by Pieces and eagerly steps in to aid in any way she deems necessary.

Board Member

Ericca Stanley-Jones is a dedicated community advocate. Ericca brings a wealth of knowledge in public policy, public administration, and human services, as well as 15 years of public and private sector leadership experience to the Peace by Pieces board. Ericca holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Policy and theory.
